With daily sales of 10,000 pairs of footwear, Saleem Footwear has over 5 branches and serves thousands of customers. Born in 1960 in Tiruppur, Saleem Bhai was a 2nd generation businessman who made a significant impact in the footwear industry. Possessing a great passion for this field, he began his career in the early 1980s and became renowned for his unique designs, quality products, and affordable prices. In 1986, he joined the VKC group to take his business to the next level and, through hard work and strong relationships, he helped VKC reach new heights in the Tamilnadu footwear industry. Saleem Bhai dedicated himself to ensuring that VKC products were available in every footwear shop, constantly striving to improve the company. His name was widely recognized in the Tamilnadu footwear industry, and despite his passing in 2017 due to illness, his legacy remains as a testament to his kindness and impact.
